Ruth Anastasia (Cyert) Schaffner had a happy and adventurous life. Ruth and her husband Virgil, managed Schaffner’s Plumbing and Heating for 36 years acquiring the family business from Virgil’s father – Fred Schaffner. This local business provided new and repair plumbing and heating services for thousands of patrons over the years. Together, they were successful.
